what is your current processing time?
our current processing time is 7-10 business days (excluding shipping time). we try our best to get your orders out sooner though!
how do I know what size to choose?
selecting the correct size is very important because each bandana is made to order and unable to be returned. we recommend checking out our size guide for more information. when in doubt, size up!
can I use multiple discount codes?
unfortunately only one discount code can be applied per order.
I made a mistake on my order (wrong size, personalization, etc.)! can you fix it?
please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing the order and we will try our best to fix it! unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we are able to make any changes after you order due to inventory and if we have already started making your order.
do you ship internationally?
we currently ship to Canada! please note that international packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. these charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. please contact your local customs office before placing the order to be aware of such fees.
